The cottage is situated within the grounds of Owlacombe Mill, in a secluded valley by the mill stream, surrounded by beautiful woodland with walks nearby. The central position (near Torrington) is ideal for day trips to any part of Devon or Cornwall, with the north west coast of Devon less than 30 minutes drive.

No animals or smoking are allowed in the cottage to allow our guests with allergies a comfortable stay.

An excellent standard of accommodation is provided, totally self contained with its own entrance and garden. You can choose to hide away and recharge your batteries, or use it as a base to explore the many attractions of Devon and Cornwall.

The accommodation is equipped with Digital Terrestrial TV in both the bedroom and sitting room (with DVD player). The double bedroom upstairs looks out through patio doors onto the rolling hills of the valley, and has an on-suite toilet and shower room.  Downstairs a cosy sitting/dining room with a wood burning fire is adjoined by a kitchen.  The property has full central heating.

There is also extra overflow accommodation available in the main house, which can sleep 3. The room also has its own entrance, and en-suite bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and bath.
